These terms govern your use of GoEuroTaxi and the bookings you make with us. By booking a ride you agree to them.
The service
GoEuroTaxi sells fixed-price passenger transfers as the principal contracting party. Rides are carried out by professional drivers and licensed operators acting as our subcontractors.
Bookings and fixed prices
The price shown before you confirm is the total fixed fare for the route and vehicle you selected, including luggage. Material changes to the route, stops or vehicle on the day may affect the price.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and charged in euro. You may pay by card or supported local methods. A booking is confirmed once payment is verified.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel or amend your booking at any time in accordance with our transparent cancellation schedule detailed below. Cancellations can be requested directly via your booking confirmation link or by contacting info@goeurotaxi.nl with your booking reference.
When eligible for a refund, funds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, or instantly credited as GoEuroTaxi travel credit at your choice.

GoEuroTaxi travel credit
Travel credit is a voucher usable only towards GoEuroTaxi services. It cannot be exchanged for cash and has no expiry.
Flight tracking and waiting
For airport pickups we monitor your flight where a flight number is provided and adjust the pickup time for delays at no extra charge, within reasonable limits.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts.
